swap magic 3.6 CD wont start

when i put in my swap magic 3.6 CD, it wont load on the ps2. it starts 2 load but b4 the playstation logo pops up it goes back to my browser without any error or anything!? please help me!!!! thnx!!!!
P.S. the swap magic DVD works fine

How are you loading it... I found it's better with my console to eject the tray and boot the swap magic the same way as an original game.. If i load it through the fliptop and try to start that way it takes a few tries sometimes to get it to work. Or try pressing the rest button after it's inserted.
If none of those options work, get in touch with the place you got it from.

Send it back to where you got the cd from and tell them it's defective then, get them to ship you a new one.
