Sound problem on backups!

I am having a sound problem with my backups when im playing a game sometimes the sound will get lower almost on every backup i have whats wrong??? Im using TDK -r's and burning at 2.4 with dvd dycripter anyone have any ideas??? thanks for all the help!

It sounds to me like it's a problem either with you console or your TV, I've never heard of a problem like that before... If the media/burn is bad then it usually either doesn't boot or you get skipping/pixelating etc..
Have you tried an original game to see if that does it too?
