Preserve original menu with NeroVision?

I tried converting a PAL dvd to NTSC with NeroVision and by golly it works. I imported the files from the disc into the project and noticed right off that the original menus weren't there but went ahead just to see it the conversion would work. I didn't create a menu or chapters and the disc I burned plays fine, just no menu or chapters. Is there a way to get the original menu files and chapters into a NeroVision project and preserve them for the conversion? I thought of ripping the original to a folder with Shrink or Decrypter and then importing that folder into a NeroVision project. Anyone know if that will work to keep the menus and chapters?
