Hi Guys,
I have noticed that some manufacturers show under
the specs.column the following info.1000 or 1200 cd/m2 etc.
What does this refer to and is it imporant when
buying and LCD rear projector HD tv?
I have also noticed that VERY few show this info.
on their websites. If I want to find out the cd/m2
of the Sony KDFE 42A10 how can I get it.
Lastly,is there a minimum amount of cd/m2 that
an LCD rear projection should have before
it would be considered a "good "quality tv ?
Thank You

Its the formula for "Luminance."

I wouldn't worry about it. Be more concerned about the contrast ratio.
