Hey, i bought the 360 and it works fine, my friends though has mechanical problems. What do i do?

what do u mean by mechanical problem?

either way your friends should call 1800-4MY-XBOX

They will prob have to get it fixxed or replaced. No worries tho, MS overnights a box to u which u send back to them. After they check it out, the whole process should take u no more then 5-7 days to get a working system, maybe even less.
