Hey all! Most of the times when I download a SVCD movie/video, then its is off by a couple of seconds - basically, the people in the movie are already talking but you can't hear it until a couple of seconds later. Anybody know how to fix this?

K, I splitt the movie into an audio file and a video file, now how do I move the audio so it's synchornized with the video?
