i am trying to burn a bin/cue onto a cd-r. i have followed the instructions. i have nero 6.6.0.15. when i burn it takes about ten minutes but it only burns 600kb of data (the bin is about 700mb). i am burning it at 8kb/s and i have tried it at burn disk at once and burn disk at one/96. i have tried it 3 times. i forgot to copy the log. i will waste another cd if nobody has any quick suggestions.

check your overburn settings under options, expert settings. I don't burn many cd's, but i just burned doom,2 cd's,both bin files just over 800MB

I'm no guru by any meansbut 128MB ram? I think the minimum is 256MB isn't it?

Your Nero prog is way behind, update to 6.6.0.18 as previously advised memory is way too low, shut any unnecessary progs.
Try slowing your burn speed to 4X.
