I sent my xbox to some one to fix and it has been over a month and no xbox yet. What can I do to get it back the legal way. It had a chip and some games installed on it. Please Help. It has a big hd also. Thank You.

I believe that they stole your xbox. It is rare that has passed a month and your does not know anything about your xbox.

I think it is gone but i dont really undestand what you mean by(i sent my xbox) you sent by post or something?If thats the case im sure you wont see your xbox back but if you know who you sent it to take your mates with you so you all can ask the person at the same time"where the heck is your xbox".Thats what i would do honestly.And its a shame that you are loosing so much with your xbox.If you got no evidence of sending your xbox there is no legal way.So try the illegal one.

I did not know the person we were going to do a trade xbox for with hd for xbox with better chip and he recieved it and I never heard from him again.

i think u're screw, you should have hold something of that dude as a security deposit or collectoral

probably wasn't even his real name. he could have sat on someone's doorstep while they were at work and signed their name on the UPS forms. those delivery services are very easy to rip off.

I also have his phone number to his home which I did a number search and it went to the same address that I sent system to and I also talked to him on this number.

just call the cops in his area and tell them the deal, cops dont care about mod chips, only crime. at least if they send someone over and they mention your name, it might scare the guy enough to give you back your box. if that dont work, start calling local bars in the area and ask to talk to some big biker types and tell them you'll send them some mone yto go mess the dude up. you might not get the box back, but you'll sure feel better knowing he got his ass stomped. and if that dont work you got the address, what more do you need other than a aluminum ball bat?

Hi.darthnip has a good point of view.Do definitely what he says.That is your only hope.I hope you can get it back.Nearlu forgot,if it was me would use a wooden bat instead of aluminium. lol

yes a nice louisville slugger wooden bat would do the trick, but i'm quite fond of the nice pinging sound the human skull makes on aluminum.
