i just purchase a LG dvd burner istalled fine. But unable to update firmware gives a "runtime error 7 out of memory"

lets try a bit more info to go on here..

whats the exact model # of that burner?
is it a retail burner (one you buy at the store) or an oem drive (one that came pre-installed)?
and whats the exact error you are getting? can you copy and paste that?
