I bought norton 2006 anti-virus but when i try to activate it, it keeps on freezing. can anyone help my so that it won't freez an di can activate it.

try activating in safe mode, tap f8 when you turn on the computer and choose safe mode with networking.

also send in a hijack this log.

This Hijack log in safe mode and the problem with the Norton don't work in safe mode, it said something about a program not operating.
