Why does it have to take me over 6 weeks to download?

I am using BitTorrent 4.2.2 and am trying to download a significantly large file/s and its still at 0.0%.

I used to use the abc and azureas clients and they both said just about the same thing that it would take over 6 weeks to download.

The information for the bittorrent file is stated below:

Torrent name:
Charmed - Season 3 - [01-22] - DVDRip

Announce url:
http://tracker.torrentbox.com:2710/announce

Total size:
7.5 GB, in 23 files

Download rate: 0 KB/s

Upload rate: 0 KB/s

Peers: 1 seeder + 22 leechers = 23 peers(Says so on the DL site)

I would really like to know how to speed up the process....if it will take more than a few days to download no matter what i do then please can someone tell me where i can download each episode alone. Cause i think it is going to take so long because the file is so huge and there are so many files.

Btw, I have firewalls turned off. Im not so sure about Norton internet security though, i have got it turned off untill system restarts but im not sure whether that turns the firewall off completely or not if their are certain ports or something im supposed to turn on/off or something or another.

I am using comcast highspeed and am using a linksys wireless router and would like to know how to configure that for bittorrent 4.2.2.

Can someone with more(waaaay more) experience and knowledge on this sort of thing please help me.

oh....thats it then....okay then can someone please tell me where i can find charmed episodes for season 3 and above to download as torrents with lots of seeders??

Piracy IS against the rules... We are aloud to help with the P2P program but not alowed to discuss in detail what is being d/l'd..

Oh....well does anyone know which seasons are out for rent now and where i can get them? It would be nice if i could rent 3-7 cause those are the seasons i need.
