i tried to open up a new account that i just created in windows xp and it won't open. I go to switch user, then i click on the account, and it just stays in the loading screen. any thing will help.

That is unusual... do you have any malware issues? YOu could try booting up your install CD and performing a repair install.

I've already tryed that. But it just seems like theres an icon for the new account there but when i press it there's no screen for it to go to. It just stays on the load screen.
