I just registered for this site and see that they have a lot of possible downloads. I was just wondering if anyone else knows anything about this site, like how to actually download some files.
Thanks in advance for any help.

since there are some people that know about the site, then I'm sure you know that they are ed2k links. I have done some research and figured out that ed2k refers to eMule. I've downloaded eMule and I guess I have to do more port forwarding. Now does anyone know about a certain xp sp2 patch that will allow me to increase my open ports from 10-50. I've read about such a patch, but can't seem to find it. Thanks for any info.

do you still need passwords for the files if you download them directly from the site? And I am having a helluva time getting emule to work right. I realize there is a tutorial on here, but nothing seems to be working for me. I tried opening up the specified ports, and they still aren't working. Maybe over the next couple days since i have them off I will be able to figure out something.

what seems to be the problem with emule is your firewall blocking

it's very simple spanish, and all the games are in english. Juegos means games, look there and see if you still can't figure it out. Entrar at the main page means to enter. I have no idea how to actually translate it, when I had google try to do it the site just froze on the first page, and the translation was terrible. Good Luck.

I let my emule run for 3 days now, and when I got back I had downloaded like 100MB of some games, so for me its just too slow.
All my ports were fine in the port test, and my connection is fast, It just doesnt seem to wanna let me download from clients.
there are 100's of em qued, but I seem to never get any good speeds.

I just want to put in a good word for emule - it works great and fast. But I hear lots of people I know have problems with it. I wish I knew what to tell you - mine has always worked awesome with only minor, common sense changes in the preferences. But I thought I'd chip in my two cents and let people know that emule is worth figuring out. It does work, but it seems that 90% of the people I know who try it can't make it work for whatever reason.
