1. my nero dosent give me the option to burn at 4x anymore. any ideas on what i need to do so that i can?

2. in nero recode 2 it says that my AVC decoding/encoding is no longer availble. i stll can work the top 3 programs on it , but i cant use the: "recode dvds to nero" or "recode main movie to nero digital" anyone have any ideas on what codecs i can use to get them going?

thanks for any help. never found answer the last time i asked ? 2.
my nero is a downloaded version.
