I can get music onto my iPod just fine but putting on video is a bit of a problem because I cannot change my preferences in the options screen. If I try and set it to automatically update video or try and change it to manual I get an error that "the disk can't be read or written to", while the iPod is updating. If I try and chage it to manual I can still add things after having recieved the error, but they are gone when I unplug the iPod. The next time I plug in the iPod it has reverted to the previous settings of automatically updating and so I still can't put any video on. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance...
