I have Turbo Torrent v1.0.3 and Cable Modem. Everytime I download something it goes from 50KB/s or below. I heard of people having theirs at 100KB/s or higher.I wanted to know what to do to make it go faster. Also another problem I'm having is that I leave it going, or I start doing something else on the internet and my internet just shuts off. So everytime that happens I have to disconect it from the back and disconnect it.

A little more infomation would be good like what your connection speed is. What ports your using. Get those then report back here.

my opinion if that programs doing that id un-install it and do some virus/spyware checks

if your downloading from publc trackers thats the speeds you get
