I've been using the Freecom Beatman Flash Recorder for a couple of years now without many problems. However, I just installed Win XP SP2 and can no longer download music onto the player. The MP3 File Transfer Manager application crashes everytime I try to add a song to the MP3 player. I have re-installed the software a few times but the same problems is produced. Freecom's web support is pretty limited as well. Any advice would be great.
