AR Max backup wont boot

i've backed up my AR Max disc and have been able to boot it a few times, but mostly i get "not a valid PS2 disc" at the SwapMagic 3.6 CD-Rom page. if i flip the power off in the back and reboot several times i can usually get it to boot. should i try burning a differnt speed? i've burned 2x and 4x. any suggestions, any one have this problem?

in my opinon on backing up ar just dont bother its more hasle than its worth the a thread around here somewhere explainig how to do it but i just wasted load of disks

yea i would just buy AR because i get same thing with swapmagic 3.3 a backup of AR is a pian in the a$$ specialy with the fliptop.
