That noone on these boards has a clue of how to use sprucedvd.

Searching for any of the many issues this product has reveals one post threads with no responses.

If this is the case why do so many people go on and recommend this to newbies ?

Spruce IS a good program but because it is no longer(readily) available some people (myself included) do not feel that it is worth the trouble. There is a guide I know of on http://www.dvd2dvdr.com that gives some instruction on spruce. I really hope that I am not confusing 2 programs and that spruce dvd is the same as spruceitup. IF not just totaly ignore my post for I have no idea(obviously) about a product that I myself have mistaken.

The actual Program isnt that hard to get started.
The problem is many many people come across issues with ac3 importing and audiosyncing.

Questions concerning these problems often go unanswered.

The fact that it isnt available anymore has to do with it , but on the same note neither is maestro and many people recommend that as well.
