is there any why of me getting movies from my pc onto my 360 hdd and what format must the movie be in for it to play

as of right now, just streaming w/ a Windows Media Centre PC or using Windows XP Media Connect. and it won't put it on ur 360HDD but it'll allow u to watch it on ur tv (some formats)

hey i got Media CONNECT, i stress connect, how do i allow it to view video files on the xbox? and i need a wireless adapter right?

Media Connect only allows u to stream music and pictures.
If u want to stream video u need windows media center
