Can I connect my crt tv with my MCE PC with dual digital tuner cards? Or do i need to get a digital tv.

you can connect a standard tv using a TV out or S-Video out connection from your PC

a tv tuner card allows you to watch tv on your computer you dont use it connect to a tv. like i said you connect to a tv by using a tv out port
