im using dsl i aint got a rouder i changed the prot to 1720 it still aint working i tried using bitlord, bitcomet shareaza and i average about 2-3 kb/s

Try changing your port number to something over 10000 and re-post the results.

yo i went to www.portforward.com then i went to How To setup a Static IP Address then i followed the instructions then i did that now what do i do?
