how come PAL games kept shaking? Please Help!!!!

I have a ps2 and I have a modchip (swap magic 3)and the game kept shaking. Does this means it doesnt' work? OR I don't have the right system? Please help?!

swap magic isn't a modchip just so you know. The reason it doesn't work is 'cause your NTSC tv can't display PAL signal properly but, I think swap magic has an option to boot a game in NTSC mode so just use that.
