i am trying to put songs on my new ipod, but it half way through i get read write errors to the ipod. whats wrong, bad ipod?

well im not getting it now. but the files are mp3 and photo files. it seems to be working fine now, i did a restore on it last night, so we will see how it goes, thanks for the input. if i get the error again, i will write it down and let you.
