If in fact they are what they say they are then yes.
But on Ebay there is no real way to tell.
So it is really up to you. I would use a reputable online
media store, even if i had to pay a bit more.
Then at least you have a company to get in touch with if you get sold some fakes.
I do not buy them online so if someone would be so kind as to list a few good online stores, or rate the one's i listed.

Those look legit. The Verb TY's are only available in the U.K. and do have the TYG02 media code. However you should never buy media off ebay. Like Steimy said there's no way to know for sure what you're getting. Here's a reputable site to get Verb TY media off of in the U.K. http://www.svp.co.uk/index.php
