Insert a non accepted sim, press "undo", enter code in restriction box and press enter. It looks like you might have missed one of the digits in the code but if you know you didn't, try the above method.

I unlock phones from UK, USA, Croatia, Hungary, Canada, France, Barbados and many others. If you don't have the undo option, enter the code again and make sure all digits are in before pressing the final # of the code.

nuffin at all just sez insert sim or if i try with the sim in it just ses infvalid sim even after i enter it

You should be seeing code error or phone restrictions off if you are entering the entire code. The #, p, w, + and all digits +, digit, #
