Whenever I try to burn a blank disk and i open "recorNow" to burn it before it opens it says that "no compatible recordable or rewritable devices could be found on your system". I tryed to burn with different programs and it say somethig related to that. Can someone tell me wat to do to solve this problem. I've tried to do the Firmware Update but it cant read my software. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?
