Problem with FFX-2 Pal to NTSC

Ok heres my problem i burned FF with DVD Decrypter and when i started it the screen was going crazy, now i no this is because its a PAL game but I cann't patch it with PAL2NTSC Patcher because it doesnt support MDS/MDF files. So how do i patch those file so I can play the PAL version of Final on an NTSC TV.
NEED HELP FUSTRATED!!!

Create an iso from your burned disc with DVD Decrypter. Simply open it, insert your burned copy of FFX-2, and go to MODE-->ISO-->READ. That'll produce an iso and an mds file. It doesn't matter if it was an MDS and MDF file orignally. Once you burn a game to disc, the end product is the same, regardless what type of file it was originally. Then you can patch the iso file.
