Yea Pretty much anyone u ask would say http://www.newegg.com They have awsome stuff and great price's u cant beat!
But another thing if u are looking into a LCD Monitor ur gonna have to look for good Resolution and Contrast Ratio. Those 2 are like the biggest things to look at before u buy a LCD.

How can u tell what is a good Contrast Ratio?
Well find one that is atleast better than 600:1 (actually the hight the nummber the more priceyer the lcd gets)

How can u tell what is a good Resolution?
Im pretty sure u want it to be atleast 1280x1024. "Maybe im wrong, but ask just incase"

The Response Time is another thing good to look at also. The lower the better.
Make sure u dont rush into getting a Lcd because it takes some time into finding a good one with ur needs.
How much are u looking to spend?

From what i saw on newegg. I think this these are nice.

i got myself a sony SDM - HS95 19" monitor( http://www.techhome.ru/catalog/image_2_968006B5.jpg ) and its great. i managed to get it for £200

Id reccomend that monitor to anyone. it makes games look great even if you havent got a brilliant graphics card (and i should know as mines terrible)

if youre after a 19" so you can have 1600 x 1200 screen res though its not going to happen as most 19" monitors only take up to 1200 x 1024 the same as a 17" TFT. so if your after the higher res id go for a 20" monitor instead

Studio Comp: AMD Athlon XP 3200+ OC ~ 2.35GHz runs at 40 celcius idle and 48 under stress (aerocool GT1000 really works!), Asrock K7VT4A , 1024MB Dual Channel DDR 400, MSI Nvidia FX5200 128MB OC ~ 600MHz mem 350MHz core,80GB SATA + 200GB SATA + 120GB IDE, 7.1 Channel Soundblaster Audigy 2 Platinum EX sound and midi interface. 19" Sony SDM-HS95 TFT monitor - sweeet
Comp2: AMD Sempron 2400+ OC ~ 2.0GHz (Stable), Asrock K7S41GX, 512MB DDR 333, Onboard Graphics, 40GB Maxtor IDE

set of monitors on the way soon :P
Google is your friend...
WorkComp: LAPTOP, intel celeron D 2.4GHz, 256MB DDR, 20GB hd. NO SCREEN IT WAS SAWN OFF :S (bag of crap)

Im pretty sure my monitors contrast ratio is 8oo:1, pretty much anything over 600:1 is good- the higher it is the better.
