my ISP only provide me dynamic IP.emule too slow

i have read some post in this forum.so far i haven't found anything can solve my problem:
1)my ISP only provide me the dynamic Ip,once i fill the IP address and DNS address,i can't connect to internet anymore even i can get my computer IP by using IPCONFIG;PING or net view etc.
2)i am using WLAN 11g router, model:BW-54R11 and WebStar cable modem.
i couldn't find enough information for setting them.
3)one of my computer connect to router; router connect to modem ;modem to HIGHSPEED internet.two computer connect to the network by wireless adapters.

i am new here, please help me to solve my problem that my emule run too slowly with a lowid and testing port always fails

Have you tried www.portforward.com also have a look at DVDBACK guide, theres a link in my siginature. Post back here if you have anyproblems.

i had read www.portforward.com before i posted, the problem is: my ISP can't provide my any PUBLIC IP and DNS addresses. and if i get from IPCONFIG,it wouldn't work.
now other promblem: my Email doesn't work also.
