my power supply is not working right.When i turn the console off its still running. i Called them and im the first wooo hoo with this problem. So they want me to send it to them it weighs liek 20 lbs. at my expense so they can send me back a new one. what bs.,. They should jsut send me a new one.

When you have a controller with play & charge kit, and the cable is attached, then 360 won't shut down until the battery is full or cable is unplugged.

yar to my knowledge as long as the light isnt green its fine
it always stays on tho, like this orangish color, shows that the adapter is actually getting power

wooo hoooo thast to funny. I dunno what i ment hehe. I had my 5 year screaming cause we took over a base in swbf 2 hehe, Um i do have a plug and charge kit. And the brick was green when the the 360 was off. the fans were going on still i had to unplug to stop them. It did it while i was on the phone with the xbox guy. But ya it blows i gotta send my brick in and pay the shipping it weighs 20 lbs it sucks.

You don't really have to pay. Tell them that your Xbox is messed up and they will send you a box with a slot for the Xbox, the power supply, and the controller. You will get all this crap all new and don't send them the HDD if it is a premium the new 1 will have it. I thought they might delete my saves of my HDD so i didn't send it in now I got 2. Oh and fazyninja where are you from I am from Hyderabad, Pakistan.
