ive just got my xbox and there is no problems with it theres no over heating,red lights or anything its 100% good

i found the best way to keep it cool it to place your 360 horizontally.

I'm a patient person when it comes to consols, now games on the other hand, maybe not so much. I've heard of numerous problems people have had with the 360 playing old games, like halo 2 on XBL, many 360 users will fail to load the map... Sounds like the old thompson drive to me. Can anyone tell me what drive is in the 1.0 360, and if they have already released a 1.1. I'm seriously waiting for bugs/gliches to be worked out, and about the only thing that would have me at game stop tomorrow would be halo 3.

yeah i have to admit that there are a lot of problems with xbox 360 games on live and stuff but those are just rushed games and the patches for those games are coming out anyways.
