k can ne one help me...ok when i first got my ipod i used the cd given in the box to update my itunes and ipod video. when it came to opening the itunes some kind of licence agreement would pop up n go disapear. which obviously i cant open itunes without agreeing to the statements. i looked around on the internet for this problem n the only one i could find is this msconfig one. where you go to "start" click "run". write in "msconfig" and hit ok. then click "general" and choose selective startup. click"startup" and disable all except "ituneshelper and qttask".click"services" amd click "hide all microsoft service" and disable all except "ipodhelper" and then u have to restart your computer. which then itunes works but if i open certain files it automatically closes. and believe me ive tried deleting it from the add/remove programs from the control panel. and then reloading my ipod and itunes several times but i just cant figure out why its doin this. my questions are why is it doin this?can i fix it? and how?
i have a second problem with figuring out the videos... and i have looked all over for someone else to have the same problem but so far no luck! here it is: i upload itunes and drag a video into itunes. i no it has to convert so i use the itunes converter thingy from edit and then preferences...you no the rest. once the converting is done i try to play it on my itunes and there is no sound and then i upload it to my ipod and there is no sound! how do i fix it? my file when i drag it into itunes is quicktime movie file or something. and when it converts its mpeg4 i think...i cant reali tell you for sure because i cant be on the internet while on my itunes!!!!argggggg!!!please if u no n e way i can fix n e of these problems...tell me!!!im desperate!!!!thanks so much!!!<3
