i download the firmware 2.1a and when i go to run the update it says drive not found correctly. thank you

I just updated the firmware on my 3520a without a problem with the instructions on the nec site. Make sure you don't have a disk in the drive. I also shut down every program in the taskbar including spyware and antivirus. It was v3.6 in my case.
