Backing Up PS1 games on mac

Does anyone know how to create a reliable backup of PS1 CD games on mac os x? I created 2 coasters by simply trying toast titanium's copy function. Any help is greatly appreciated, thankyou.

heres a plan, get a windows based PC
J/K there are probably mac ver. of several different burn apps. just google em' good luck

lol, I'm not going to argue why macs are superior right now... :p Can you point out a thread on how to do it on a pc then please? If I must get out the biege box I will.
