Well, greater than or equal to, how much more than?
For close to $100 I'd recommend the X700 range. At newegg.com you can get a 256MB X700 for $99 or a 256MB X700Pro for $116.99. Above that, there's the 256MB X800GT for $133 and a 256MB X800GTO for $146.99.
All these are good value cards, and performance follows price for them really.
