Okay I have the regular DVD rom that my computer came with as well as a DVD R that we bought, installed and have been using since June or so. Anyways it came with Nero, when I tried to install Nero it wouldn't read my serial number, so I thought it was never installed. Anyways I guess it was (maybe my sister installed it) because the other day I removed nero from my computer (I had been using DVD shrink and thought this could work by itself), but now of course it won't actually burn it told me I needed to install Nero. I thought I fixed that problem when I got the Cheetah DVd burning software, but now when I try to burn a DVD it says 0 bytes is available on the disc (when it's a new disc) and even when I try to burn a CD on the DVD rom that my computer came with it tells me the same thing. So neither of the two will read blank discs. I don't know if this has anything to do with deleting Nero. I already tried a system restore it doesn't work. But even so, I don't see how that would mess up both of my drives. Someone please help!!
