I take .avi files from Premier Pro and create an image with Nero before burning to dvd on Nero. The shows are around 7GB and it takes about 3 hrs. or so. I'd like to just have nero shut down the computer after the image is made so I could just leave it, but at the end of the process, nero asks for a name and destination for the image before it will finish so the shut down computer command is kind of useless.

Does anyone know a work around for this?
Also, I've been reading this forum to see if there are any ways to speed up the burning process, but haven't found much. Any general suggestions. My pc runs xp, sp2, 1.5 GB P4 with 256MB RAM. My vitrual memory is set at 368MB RAM
