Install and run Spybolt R&D in safemode. When finish clean up all spywares. Then search for browsella.dll delete them all. Reboot. It should be gone.

Hi
Thanx for the reply but unfortunately running spybot in Safemode did not work infact spybot is not even able to locate the ''browsela.dll'' files in the scan. I also scanned my system with Ewido in safe mode. The files were found and cleaned but on rebooting windows under normal mode ''browsela.dll'' was found again. Guess that would be the case as the file reintegrates itsel into the system.
Hope that someone can help me solve this problem. I have seen other posts w.r.t this trojan so I am hoping that someone who helped the others will be kind enough to help me too.
(Thanks in advance)

@milind
You can use this tool here:- http://users.telenet.be/marcvn/tools/win32delfkil.exe
Download it to your desktop -- Click it and select ""Installeren"" -- this will create on your desktop a folder win32delfkil.
Close all applications
In the folder you will see a fix.bat --- double click it and let it run -- You will see windows popping << it's running a script file and chasing the bad entries in your PC >> deleting them.
Let it reboot -- and you are done.
You can then delete the folder on your desktop -- and maybe save the win32delfkil.exe for future use if you ever get infected again !

Hi
Thanx for the post ......
I followed the instructions to the end ....... I clikced on the fix.bat file and waited for 5 mins for some window or something to pop up (don't know whether I shoukd have been expecting it) .....anyways since the system did not reboot......I turned my system off by using the power button (says in the read me file). Unfortunately on rebooting browesla.dll was found again on the system.
I have been going through some of the posts about this ''pain in the wrong place'' trojan and I believe that a lot of people have solved this problem by removing files which show a missing file in brackets along with the 020 - Winlogon Notify: browsela - C:\WINDOWS\system32\browsela.dll.
What do I do ....I don't want to delete any registry files and further muck up my system....... Any ideas????

Here's what you should see when you double click that Fix.dat file !
That's the tool that will start looking for your spyware and chase it down !
==========================================
If you are not getting this window --- you are doing something wrong !

Nope did not see that screen window......
I went a step further thinking that it might be mcafee or something blocking it ...... I disabled Mcafee and Ewido spyware..... made sure that no other applications were running in the task manager....
and it still did not run...
any ideas what may be blocking the run?

Hi Jean you are a star!!!!!
Thanx a lot for the posts......
Managed to get win32delfkil to work.....it was Microsoft antispyware which was blocking the file from running.
After booting I ran an Ewido scan and no sign of ''the pain in the wrong place'' browsela.dll
