I have been using nero 7 to burn movies with out a problem until now, I noticed my Aspi (I think that's what it's called)needed to be updated so I did that and still it didn't work so I checked the forums and read there were problems with nero 7 so I switched back to nero 6 but seem to be having the same problem. My dvd burner combo will read cd and dvd as well as burning cds, however when it comes to dvds I keep getting the message failed and it says something about not being able to use disc at once I don't really know much about nero. I have seen ppl post their logs so I hope this is what is needed.

Wow... 512 is considered minimum needed to do DVDs. Seriously update, but until then don't multi-task.

CMC disk are horrible. Use either Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim. SOny fuji and maxell are good only if they're made in japan.
