Having a problem converting this to NTSC i think i resized it but it's bin & cue and don't you have to use the cue to burn the game ? I resized the bin but don't know what to do. is there a way to convert the bin&cue to iso ? any help would be appreciated.

you can burn it to disk then rip the ISO off the disk, but depending on which chip you have there may be no need to change format.
