IS it possible to translate jap games to usa games?

I have a copy of namco x capcom and would the game to be translated to english. Is there some sort of way to do this or a program that can help me?

there are scripts...you can find on the internet that tell you what they are saying but its very rare to find a transation that you can put into the game, if translators have problems translating snes and gba games their not going to be able to translate ps2 games.

yeah thats a real shame.... i've always wanted to be able to translate ps2 games... my american wasteland is in german. lol

yeah i wish there was a way to do it now ive got too wait to play kh2 and final fantasy 7;d.o.c again but beable to understand it this time round

HAAHAA how can you beat a game if you cant understand the story, or even understand the quest/missions! Just learn Japanese pretty easy language.

bacon there are scripts that tell you what everything means.. so u dont have to learn jap.. ild prefer to read a script rather than spend 3-7 years learning a language so i can play a game...

Yeah, but what if the game will never arrive. I have Naruto Narutimate Hero 2, and I don't understand @#*, but it's still fun as hell and I can't believe the fact that many Naruto fans in the outside Japan might never play it.

i agree with Razengan some games just never made it to the usa.
