Not seeing tracks after burning w/Nero

Guys I'm new to this. Does anybody know what it means if you cannot see the tracks on the CD that you've just burned files onto? I am only seeing 5 folders on the CD-RW: CDI, EXT, MPEGAV, SEGMENT, AND VCD.
Also what extension does the tracks supposed to have?

Browse the cd and look in the MPEGAV folder. There you should see a file named AVSEQ01. Open that file and the video should play (pc)
