Nero7 Trial - cannot change capture bitrate or quality

I was under the impression that the trials did not have any functionality that was switched off.

When choosing to capture with Nero Vision with the DVD profile I cannot seem to change the BitRate or Quality settings. These are greyed out. This means that my captured files are huge because it is using a Bitrate of 7Mbps. If I chose "Custom" I still cannot change any values, as these options are not even present, but the bitrate of the resulting file comes down to 5.6Mbps. This is still higher than I want, and results in files that won't fit on a DVD5 for around 2 hrs.

Without knowing I can have this control I can't see myself stumping up for the full version.
