Plextor PX-716UF Vs Dell-Problem w/Plextor

Have a Plex PX-716UF and when ripping with DVDShrink I get errors in the read & copy. When I rip at home with the built in that Dell supply's with their laptops, it is OK.

Have cleaned the tray with DVD cleaner. I am running 1 GB of memory in both machines and shut down all applications.

Any ideas?
