hey guys
i just got the 3rd game of the prince of persia series. i just wanted to know some peoples opinions on these games. oh and i want some tips on the stealth kills. the first few levels are easy for the stealth kills but as u progress the enemies keep blocking you and countering. so if anyone has tried the 3rd game can u please help me out.

Hi I'm playing Prince of Persia The Sands of Time and I'm in that level where there are a bunch of werid mirrors and I have no idea what to do! I'm about 80 % thru the game I think

well the only one i had time to play much of was the first one,
The Sands Of Time. I thought it was a fantastic game.
The other 2 i also have but have played just a bit through the tutorials on. But they both look just as good if not better than the first one. I truly think that the P.O.P. series is one of the best game series that there is. And for anyone who has not tried them yet you need to go out and pick up the first one which you can get dirty cheap by this point.
It is a game of stategy, skill, thinking, fighting and observing.
It is quite challenging as gets harder as you go along.
Each one should keep you well entertained for quite a while longer than most of the games out there that you can seem to just run right through. This is also due to the fact that like timesplitters it contains levels that have puzzles that there is no way to cheat your way through.

hey if you are at the level with the 3rd sword then follow these instructions. i think it pretty much nails it
After the cut scene, you wake up on the top of a casket--without weapons! This means you also lack the dagger of time so you won't be able to turn back time if you sustain damage or fall off a platform--so be careful! Run through the hall and avoid the sand creatures; you lack a sword and have no means to fight them. Continue into the next room where you're shown your next goal. It's time to grab the last, and most powerful, sword in the game.
Your task in this room is to make the beam of light shine into the symbol on the far side of the center structure. Enter the room and take the mirror on the left side and move it to the right side and into the beam of light (approximately on the burn mark on the floor). This will ricochet the beam of light toward the back side of the chamber. Make sure the beam strikes the pillar in the back.
Move to the back of the chamber and switch out the two mirrors here. Move the one on the left to the right side and one on the right side to the left. Place each mirror in the beam's path so the beam moves toward the symbol on the central structure. Use the burn marks on the floor as a guide.
When you shine the beam on the symbol, the force field protecting the sword vanishes. Climb onto the structure and grab the sword. Return back through the hallway and battle the enemies; you'll find the sword much stronger than previous weapons! Rip through the tough enemies very quickly with simple sword strikes. After destroying the enemies, return to the tomb and save your game at the sand vortex.

thanks for ur response steimy. i think the strategy and different theme was what made the 1st game hit so much. but the combat system in the 1st one sucks. it gets much better in the 2nd and 3rd

its the same idea you gotta move the mirrors so the light shines on the symblol in the center. this will do something i dont really remember but it will be downhill from there

I have got all 3 of the trilogy, and I have to say its one of the best story lines i've ever played (since Metal Gear Solid 3), very clever with the time thing and that. Prince of Persia 2 was great and I just completed that (thanks to a friend called Action Replay MAX). I have Two Thrones but that is kick ass hard and is a bit more complicated with the new features and that. But overall a MUST have for Adventure Gamers

Yeah I have all 3 also but the Blood in the 2nd and 3rd was not nessesary. Could have been T for Teen.

i've always found pop series to be really easy. warrior within was really annoying because of all the backtracking. i'm playing 2 thrones right now. it's pretty good

I just got the Weapon in Sands of Time that kills them in 1 hit and you don't have to get the Sand from them! SO AWESOME but Farah is a complete idiot... stealing my weapons.

good
that means you are almost done the game and dont worry about the boss (the vizier) he is easy. just block and attack when he puts his stick on the ground. you will have to fight him again in the 3rd game. he is super hard there. that is the level i am stuck on

YEAH!! I beat PoP SoT! Vizer is SO easy much easier than that one battle that keeps spawning and spawning enemies. Time to start PoP 2. Oh BTW do the stories connect thruout the 1st 2nd and 3rd games?
