i recently purchased sony 810A and was burning home videos on DVD for a week when started having problem with buring. Nero version i was using was demo one and expired the one (nero) that i got with the drive does not get me anywhere. The progress bar goes upto 80% and at the time of writing some error erupts and the process abort s auomatically.

If some one has experience in such issues i can send the error log file. Tomorrow may be i am going to exchange the burner with new one considering there are problems with the drive since it also does not erase the rewritable DVD with UDF files on it and says the media is not rewritable. I have no clue about these issues cause i am new to this field.
