It started some time ago; till that very moment I was using peer2mail without any probs but then suddenly the ping times went crazy, I mean they're really high (over 1000 often) and I can't do anything more (even browse the pages); the same thing is with everything else (downloading through http, flashget or whatever) and I have to add earlier it was normal, I could browse the pages normally when downloading;
I have to stress I'm not talking here about p2p;
Is there any prog I could use to make some priorities when downloading to make possible browsing the pages without any stress
One more thing I've tried netlimiter to limit the bandwith for peer2mail but it didn't help

Important: I'm in the wireless net (about 25 pl, 1MBit); yeah and I know it's to much for such connection but as I said before it was OK
