i bought project gothem racing 3 today and i played on it a bit and turned it off after about an hour i came back to play on it, i started it up and the console started to make a weird noise and i cudnt get the game to load it came up with saying the disc is dirty try cleaning it.
i thought what the? its a brand new game so i looked at the surface of the disc and there was a huge full circle scatch on the disc.
what do you think are the chances of ms replacing my console and the game

Very Very Very high. This hapened to me. MS issued a replace order at once, Cicuitcity also gave me an replacement without a hassle.

cool i e mailed them early and thay said phone so i will do that in the morning.i do hope thay replace my game cos i cant afford 50 pound again and seein as its ther fault anyway.
i love my 360 and its the only problem ive hade with it

did you have the console vertical or normal when playing and did you move around the console while disc was in and if you did i wouldnt tell microsoft this as that will be the basis of them not sending a replacement but i have heard of promt replacement of xbox 360s from microsoft.
