i dunno if they will, i think they only replace 1 game, but this was a while ago, dunno if its still in affect.
They use to offer you pgr3, pdz, or kameo if one of your games got messed up. Altho cant guarantee that they still do. Your best bet would just be to call and find out.

They probably won't give you a new one, because it's not their fault. It says in the manual, that moving the console while the disc is spinning might damage the game or the console. You could try those scratched cd reapir kits that you can buy from hardware stores. It's some sort of a coating you apply to the disc, I'm not completely sure how it works, but I've heard that you really can save you disc if it's not too scratchy.

I actually had 2 copies of COD2 scratch from the xbox, 1 was totally my fault when i was moving the wireless bridge and it tipped over...2nd one....NOT MY FAULT at all. i sent both back to MS along with my overheating 360, and they sent me back my games with a big ass sticker on the front with no explination. Oh well, i went to a local game store and they re-surfaced the top somehow and it works fine now.

I accidentally tipped my xbox over twice when playing call of duty 2(once was my dumb mom) and its ruined, it cant load single player missions and barely any live. I played PGR3 and didnt tip it over and the exact same scratch is surfacing, i put a burned CD into it to see if it would scratch, it has yet to, i am so confused.
Since i got my game at Costco i am pretty sure they will take it back, I am just hoping its not my xbox and the fact that i tipped it over.

ANYONE THAT IS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH GAMES OR THE SYSTEM BY TIPPING THE XBOX 360 HAS PROBABLY DONE INTERNAL DAMAGE TO THE SYSTEM! THIS SYSTEM IS VERY DELICATE! I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMENED READING ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS AND EVERYTHING THAT COMES WITH THE SYSTEM TO PREVENT THIS! THAT STUFF IS THERE FOR A REASON, L@@K AT IT!

I think your problem is that you somehow moved your console while a game was in and playing.
